2020 Ducati Monster 797
There's a Monster for everyone, even beginners.
For those who want to become a Ducatisti by way of an entry-level naked bike, look toward the Monster 797. While it is by no means a naked bike steamroller like the Monster 1200 S, the 797 offers more approachable 73 claimed hp from the 803cc L-twin (also seen on the Scramblers). Key features include a wide handlebar, reasonably low, thin seat (claimed 31.7-inch seat height), large easy-to-read LCD gauge, LED lighting, and stubby front fairing (gotta keep the plastics to a bare minimum on a naked bike, don't cha know).
2020 Ducati Monster 797 Reviews, Comparisons, And Competition
We touted the 2017 Monster 797 as being a great bike that's "not too intimidating for the beginner but more than enough power to have a good time or make the occasional roll-on pass."
